Landsar Group

Our History

The Group started its first business operations with Landsar Developers Limited (LDL) in April, 2006 at their office in Ramia House, located on the Kojo Thompson Road, Accra – Ghana. The LDL has its focus on providing ‘turnkey” building solutions to its clients. With the impressive growth and profitability of the LDL, the CEO, Mr. Edward William Wiafe, took the decision to strategically position the business to meet the various demands of the business operations. In light of this, the Group in April 2013, birthed Emileen Logistics (EL) to import and market the best quality & affordable decorative building materials and all other construction materials to its existing clients and potential customers.

Mr. Edward William Wiafe in 2015 took the decision to diversify into the fitness industry. This informed the establishment of Body Fitness Center (BFC) & BFC Smoothies Shop in November 2015 to provide gym services and to serve the dietary needs of clients.

As post construction services began to increase with LDL, The Landsar Facilities Management Limited (LFM) which was then a department in LDL, was registered on 19th October, 2016 to provide both hard and soft facility management services to the LDL’s existing and potential clients. In 2018, a decision was taken to diversify into the hospitality industry with the establishment of KADNY Court to provide both long- and short-term accommodation for citizens and foreigners alike. With the influx of businesses, the CEO sought to engage, it became necessary to have a holding company to coordinate and implement the vision of the brands.

With this intention, Landsar Group was established on 22nd October, 2019. In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the lockdown, posed several harsh implications on most Ghanaian businesses. Amidst this, our tenacious CEO took the strategic decision to expand into the food & beverage industry. This led to the establishment of Puffs Ghana Limited, a snack bar providing delicious and healthy snacks to clients, on 21st May 2020. Each of the established brands has been effectively progressive over the years. On 9th November, 2022, the Group newly added to its conglomerate of businesses with Redwin Limited, an importer & distributor of food commodities such as (but not limited to) Rice, Sunflower oil, Vegetable oil, Tomato Paste, Frozen foods (Chicken, Pork, Pig Feet & Beef), Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Dairy products, Sugar and Spaghetti under the brand name ROSTA from Europe and Asia.
